This Privacy Policy explains how Casino Win Loss Tracker (“the App”) handles information. The App is designed as a private recordkeeping tool for casino sessions, bankroll, trip expenses, and win/loss records.

Casino Win Loss Tracker is designed to keep your personal records private. The records you enter in the App, such as sessions, trips, bankroll, expenses, and notes, are intended to be stored locally on your device unless a future version clearly offers optional cloud sync.
We do not operate a gambling service. We do not offer real-money gambling, betting, odds, predictions, gambling strategy, or card counting tools.
2. Information You Enter in the App
You may choose to enter information such as:
- Casino session records, including game type, location, buy-in, rebuy, cash-out, duration, and notes.
- Trip records, such as trip name, dates, bankroll, and trip summaries.
- Expense records, such as hotel, food, parking, tips, ATM fees, and other trip expenses.
- Report and export preferences, such as selected period or custom date range.
This information is used to provide App features, including tracking, reports, summaries, and exports. We do not use this information to provide gambling advice, betting recommendations, odds predictions, or strategy.
3. Data Storage
In the current V1 design, your session, trip, bankroll, expense, and report records are stored locally on your device. We do not require an account to use the App.
If you delete the App, locally stored records may be deleted from your device unless you have exported them or backed them up through device-level backup features.
If a future version adds optional cloud sync, attachment storage, or account features, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are used.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
If you purchase Pro features, payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. We do not receive your full payment card details.
The App may receive purchase status information from Apple, such as whether you have an active Pro subscription or lifetime access, in order to unlock paid features.
5. Analytics, Crash Reports, and Diagnostics
If the App uses analytics or crash reporting tools, they may collect limited technical information, such as app version, device model, iOS version, crash logs, performance data, and general usage events. This information is used to improve app stability, fix bugs, and understand feature performance.
Analytics or crash reporting should not include your casino session amounts, bankroll amounts, notes, trip records, or exported files.

6. Data We Do Not Collect
Unless clearly added in a future version and disclosed in this Privacy Policy, we do not collect:
- Your real-money gambling transactions.
- Your payment card number.
- Your precise location.
- Your contacts.
- Your photos or files.
- Your casino session notes or exported reports on our servers.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on Apple services such as StoreKit for purchases and subscriptions. If optional analytics, crash reporting, or subscription entitlement tools are used, those providers may process limited technical or purchase entitlement information on our behalf.
Any third-party services used by the App should provide protection for user data consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable platform requirements.
8. Exports and Sharing
The App may allow you to export CSV or PDF files. Exported files are controlled by you. If you share exported files using the system share sheet, save them to cloud storage, email them, or send them through another app, those files will be handled according to the privacy practices of the services you choose.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Records stored locally remain on your device until you edit them, delete them, or delete the App. You can delete records inside the App where deletion features are available.
If you contact us for support, we may retain your support email and related communication for a reasonable period to respond to your request and maintain support records.
10. Your Choices
- You can choose what records to enter into the App.
- You can delete records from the App where deletion features are available.
- You can export your records where export features are available.
- You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
- You can contact us to ask privacy-related questions.
11. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children. It is intended for users who are legally permitted to use personal recordkeeping tools related to casino visits and gambling records in their location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. International Users
Laws and regulations vary by country and region. You are responsible for using the App in compliance with laws applicable in your location. The App is a recordkeeping tool only and does not provide gambling, tax, financial, or legal advice.
