Bankroll Support

Thank you for using Bankroll.

Bankroll is a personal recordkeeping app for tracking casino visits, bankroll records, sessions, trip expenses, notes, and win/loss history. The App is designed for private bookkeeping and personal organization only.

Bankroll does not offer gambling, betting, wagers, real-money games, deposits, withdrawals, casino games, operator links, odds, predictions, gambling strategy, or gambling advice.

1. What Bankroll Is For

Bankroll helps you keep personal records related to:

• Casino visits and sessions.
• Buy-ins, additional buy-ins, cash-outs, tips, free play, and win/loss results.
• Trips, trip bankrolls, and trip expenses.
• Personal notes and tax-related record fields.
• Basic summaries, reports, and optional exports.
• Optional Pro features such as advanced reports, CSV/PDF export, and private iCloud sync.

Bankroll is for personal recordkeeping only. It is not a gambling service or betting platform.

2. What Bankroll Does Not Provide

Bankroll does not provide:

• Real-money gambling.
• Betting or wagering.
• Deposits or withdrawals.
• Casino games or lotteries.
• Links to gambling operators.
• Odds, predictions, recommendations, or strategy.
• Gambling, tax, financial, or legal advice.

Reports and summaries are generated only from records you enter yourself.

3. Getting Started

To begin using Bankroll:

• Open the App.
• Complete the onboarding screen.
• Add a session or trip.
• Enter your own record details, such as buy-in, cash-out, date, location, game type, and notes.
• Review summaries in the Today, Ledger, Trips, and Reports areas.

All records are intended for your personal use and review.

4. Free and Pro Features

Bankroll may include a free tier and optional Pro features.

The free tier may include limited completed sessions, trips, bankroll records, and basic summaries.

Pro features may include:

• Unlimited personal records.
• Multiple bankroll records.
• Trip expense tracking.
• Player Lab reports.
• Advanced summaries.
• CSV export.
• PDF export.
• Private iCloud sync.

Pro access is handled through Apple In-App Purchase.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

If you purchase Pro access, payment is processed by Apple through In-App Purchase.

To manage or cancel a subscription:

• Open the iOS Settings app.
• Tap your Apple Account.
• Tap Subscriptions.
• Select Bankroll.
• Manage or cancel your subscription.

To restore a purchase:

• Open Bankroll.
• Go to Settings.
• Open the Pro page.
• Tap Restore Purchases.

If Pro access does not appear after purchase or restore, please confirm that you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase.

6. iCloud Sync

Bankroll may offer private iCloud sync as a Pro feature.

If iCloud sync is enabled, your records may sync through Apple iCloud and CloudKit across compatible Apple devices signed in to the same Apple Account.

If iCloud sync is not working:

• Make sure you are signed in to iCloud on the device.
• Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled.
• Check that Bankroll is allowed to use iCloud.
• Confirm that your network connection is available.
• Open Bankroll Settings and check the iCloud Sync status.
• Try closing and reopening the App.

iCloud availability depends on Apple services, your device settings, your Apple Account, network status, and iCloud storage.

7. Notifications

Bankroll may offer optional local reminders for active sessions.

To enable or disable notifications:

• Open iOS Settings.
• Tap Notifications.
• Select Bankroll.
• Allow or disable notifications.

Notifications are for personal recordkeeping reminders only. They are not gambling prompts, betting reminders, casino promotions, or operator messages.

8. Exporting Records

Bankroll may allow CSV or PDF export.

Exports are created from the records you enter. You can share or save exported files using the iOS system share sheet.

Before using exported records for tax, accounting, or personal reporting, review the exported files carefully.

Bankroll does not guarantee that exports satisfy tax, accounting, legal, casino, regulatory, or government reporting requirements.

9. Data and Privacy

Bankroll stores records on your device by default. If optional iCloud sync is enabled, records may sync through Apple iCloud and CloudKit.

We do not operate a gambling service, betting account system, deposit system, withdrawal system, or casino gaming system.

10. Troubleshooting

If the App is not working as expected, try these steps:

• Make sure your device is running a supported version of iOS.
• Close and reopen Bankroll.
• Check your network connection if using iCloud sync or purchases.
• Confirm that you are signed in to the correct Apple Account for purchases.
• Check iCloud settings if sync is enabled.
• Restart your device.
• Update Bankroll to the latest available version.

If the issue continues, contact support with:

• Your device model.
• iOS version.
• Bankroll app version.
• A short description of the issue.
• Steps to reproduce the issue, if available.
• Whether the issue relates to records, export, iCloud sync, or Pro purchase.

Please do not send sensitive financial, tax, gambling, or personal records unless they are necessary for support.
