Casino Win Loss Tracker Terms of Use

1. App Purpose

Casino Win Loss Tracker is a private recordkeeping tool for tracking casino sessions, bankroll, trip expenses, and win/loss records. The App is intended for personal organization, budgeting, and recordkeeping only.

The App does not offer real-money gambling, betting, wagers, casino games, lotteries, odds, predictions, gambling strategy, card counting, or any tool intended to help users gain an advantage in gambling.

2. No Tax, Financial, Legal, or Gambling Advice

Information generated by the App, including reports, summaries, CSV exports, and PDF exports, is for personal recordkeeping only. The App does not provide tax, financial, legal, gambling, or betting advice.

You are responsible for verifying your own records and consulting qualified professionals regarding tax, legal, financial, or regulatory questions.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for:

• Entering accurate records.
• Verifying reports before relying on them.
• Complying with laws and regulations applicable in your location.
• Keeping your device, backups, and exported files secure.

4. Data and Local Records

The App may store records you enter, such as sessions, trips, bankroll information, expenses, notes, and export preferences. These records are intended to be stored locally on your device unless a future version clearly offers optional cloud sync.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Deleting the App may delete locally stored records unless they have been separately exported or backed up.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer optional Pro features through auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases using Apple In-App Purchase.

Pro features may include unlimited sessions, unlimited trips, multiple bankrolls, trip expenses, advanced reports, expense CSV export, summary PDF export, and custom date export.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Restore Purchases is available in the App for users who need to restore previously purchased access on the same Apple ID.

6. Free and Pro Features

The App may provide a free tier with limited records and optional Pro features. Feature limits, availability, and pricing may vary by version, region, and App Store configuration.

We may modify, add, or remove features as the App evolves. Some features may change due to technical, legal, platform, or product requirements.

7. Exports and Reports

Exports and reports are generated from the records you enter. You should review all exported files for accuracy before using them. The App does not guarantee that any export will satisfy tax, accounting, legal, or regulatory requirements.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use the App to:

• Facilitate illegal gambling, betting, or wagering.
• Provide or distribute gambling strategy, card counting, or betting advice.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, disrupt, or misuse the App.
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs. You use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
